Front Desk Position Available.
My law firm, Smith Dollar PC, is looking to hire someone to work our front desk.
The ideal candidate is friendly and personable with strong organizational skills, is a team player with a strong work ethic, a self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions, has the ability to prioritize, is detail oriented and has excellent verbal communication skills. Prior law firm experience is a plus.
Answer telephones, route calls, take messages, and provide general information.
Greet and direct visitors; answer routine inquiries.
Keep reception and conference rooms tidy and stocked with supplies.
Maintain supplies inventory; anticipate needed supplies; order supplies; verify receipt of supplies; keep supplies organized.
Send out and receive mail and packages.
Open and route incoming mail; distribute to appropriate people.
Photocopy, scan, fax and enter data.
Any projects requested by Office Manager.
Outlook, Word and Prolaw skills are a plus.
