The presentation will be conducted via Zoom and will go over the timely topic of Attorney Wellness: Tools for Coping with Certain Stress in Uncertain Times. It will solicit comments from the members regarding new sources of stress we are all experiencing as an industry--whether it be from added familial responsibilities, health issues, business or career impact, and whether that comes from clients, colleagues, or oneself or direct family members. The presentation will provide a dozen helpful tips for coping and managing with added stress that can be implemented within the confines of your office or, if sheltering-in-place, at home. They will be simple and can be accessed regardless of resources and regardless of whether one has added responsibilities due to the present crisis.
